No one can stop me from being a weeb

DotEmu revealed the first trailer forWonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap, what it calls a remaster and updated version of theWonder Boy III.I’d go as far as to call this a remake as the graphics have drastically changed for the better.

The creator ofWonder Boy, Ryuichi Nishizawa, is collaborating on the game alongside the developers, so I’d imagine fans of the classic series will be pleased.

I’ve never really played theWonder Boygames, but mostly because the naming conventions are almost as confusing asKingdom Hearts’,and I’m a real stickler for playing series in order. But this remake certainly has my attention with its art style alone.

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trapis set for release on PC and consoles; which consoles have yet to be specified.
