While Alchemax has been revealed to be looking into inventing new weaknesses for symbiotes, it’s no surprise they’ve also been researching new ways to weaponize them.
Though Black Widow and Sliver managed to overcomethe Venom-Iron Man hybridinBlack Widow: Venomous#1, unfortunately, if the Symbiotech goes into full production, this would, of course, present a major problem for the heroes of the Marvel Universe. While Alchemax has been revealed to be looking into inventing new weaknesses for symbiotes, it’s no surprise they’ve also been researching new ways to weaponize them. The Symbiotech is a terrifying look into what Alchemax could do,if given enough time.

One of themost advanced suits Iron Man evermade was the Extrembiote. During the events ofThe King in Black, Iron Man attempted to subdue a symbiote by injecting it with the techno-organic virus Extremis. The symbiote then fused itself with Iron Man’s armor. This resulted in Iron Man accidentally creating a perfectmerger of Venom and Iron Man, which Iron Man used on several occasions, most notably to fight Carnage. While this would eventuallyspiral out of Tony’s control,as Carnage was able to take over the Extrembiote, it is possible Alchemax has achieved what Iron Man couldn’t.
While Black Widow managed to succeed in stealing the symbiote-killing virus that Alchemax was working on, there doesn’t seem to be anything preventing Alchemax from unleashing their perfect fusion ofVenomandIron ManSymbiotechs on the world.

Venom
Venom is a symbiotic alien entity bonded with various human hosts, notably Eddie Brock and later Flash Thompson. It grants superhuman strength, agility, and a shape-shifting black costume. Initially a Spider-Man villain due to its origins, Venom evolved into an antihero, battling both villains and his own dark impulses. The character embodies themes of duality and redemption within the Marvel Universe.

Venom War#1 – Written By Al Ewing; Art By Iban Coello; Available August 25, 2025
A symbiote that can be controlled like a machine is an incredibly dangerous asset, and it’s not yet clear if Alchemax has more of them. Still even if they don’t, the fact they were able to create oneat allmeans it’s likely that they could create another one. While Black Widow managed to succeed in stealing the symbiote-killing virus that Alchemax was working on, there doesn’t seem to be anything preventing Alchemax fromunleashing their perfect fusion ofVenomandIron ManSymbiotechs on the world.
