When The New Season Could Arrive On Paramount+

ThoughTulsa Kingseason 3 doesn’t yet have a confirmed release date, the production schedule for season 2 provides a fairly strong indication of when the new episodes could premiere. An Instagram post from Stallone revealed that season 2 wrapped filming in August 2024, with the season then premiering the next month. It’s not clear when the 10-episode season 2 started filming, but it was likely spring 2024. 8 Biggest Questions Tulsa King Season 3 Must Answer

The cliffhanger ending of Tulsa King season 2 left several questions unanswered, and season 3 needs to resolve these eight as soon as it starts.

Starr’s comment also teases some of what’s to come from season 3. TheTulsa Kingseason 2 endingconcludes some storylines while keeping some open-ended, and it sounds like some answers could arrive in the first two episodes of season 3. Season 3 could, for example, explore what Cal Thresher (Neal McDonough) does with his freedom after Dwight surprisingly lets him live. The biggest question heading into season 3, however, is justwho kidnapped Dwight in the finale’s final moments, declaring that he now works for them.

Our Take On Tulsa King’s Season 3 Production Timeline

The Paramount Show Bucks A Recent TV Trend

One of the benefits of telling a relatively straightforward story with minimal visual effects is that the turnaround time between seasons is shorter. Many streaming shows, such asStranger Things, for example, features multiple years between seasons.

If it weren’t for the dual strikes of 2023,Tulsa Kingseason 2 may have arrived one year after season 1. If the Paramount show does return later this year, audiences will have minimal downtime between seasons, keeping interest high.

Varietyreported in November 2024 that Stallone was nearing a deal not just for season 3, but forTulsa Kingseason 4. An official season 4 announcement hasn’t yet been released.

Judging from Stallone’s activity on social media during past seasons, it’s likely that fans of the show can expect some posts from the actor in the weeks ahead. At some point during filming,he is sure to provide a first look at Dwight’s return, and maybe others in theTulsa Kingcastas well, which could potentially unveil more story clues. It remains to be seen what will happen inTulsa Kingseason 3, but the wait for new episodes evidently may not be that long.
