However, due to a number of factors, such as the Front Man inserting himself into the games and forming a close friendship with Gi-hun, his plans came to an explosive end where several rebels were shot and killed. At this point, even is Gi-hun manages to win another round of Squid Game, itfeels as though his fate is sealed, and he does not have the power to stop them.

He could cause disruption, and his rebellion against the guards was impressive, but it only succeeded in getting so far because he wasallowed to continue by the Front Manbefore he called in the bulk of the troops and stopped him in his tracks. Now, it seems thatGi-hun is likely to be a primary target to wipe out in the games, or at the very least, he will be watched closely to ensure he does not start up any more insurrections inside the games.
Meanwhile, No-eul is on the outside. She is provided with a gun, and she has the opportunity to meet the people in charge while armed. No-eul has already been seen to disagree with the actions of some of her peers, who actively attempt to make extra money by injuring rather than killing contestants, and then harvesting their organs. And beyond that, No-eul is being unfairly targeted by other soldiers and superiors, whichcould prove to be their downfall if No-eul decides to turn her back on the people paying herto do things that clearly don’t align with her own morality.

However, this young woman has a terrible illness, and her father is clearly struggling to pay for and maintain her wellbeing. And in a twisted turn of events, this same father is seen in the games as a player, likely trying to win money for his daughter.
