Itachi Would Be The First Of Many One-Shots

Based on Kishimoto’s past one-shots, fleshing out relationships between characters is a real possibility.

After Itachi, the next in line to receive a short manga is none other thanthe lead heroine, Sakura Haruno. Over the years, Kishimoto hasrevealed his regrets about her characterand how he wasn’t able to flesh her out more due to her low popularity, and he recently revealed how he was planning to explore her relationship with her parents but couldn’t. Thus, this would be a great opportunity for him to give her the shine she deserves. Other characters fans are particularly interested in Sakumo Hatake, Kakashi’s father and one of Konoha’s most powerful ninjas, Shisui Uchiha, and Tobirama Senju, the second Hokage.
