The Valkyries make their first in-story appearance inG.I Joe#2, after being released as a part of the popularG.I. Joe: Classifiedaction figure series. An elite, all-female unit of Cobra, the new troopers look to be more than a challenge for the Joe squad. What little is known abour these elite troops comes from thelisting for the Cobra Valkyries action figure set on Hasbro Pulse, which describes them as“choosers of the slain” who “stalk the battlefield” to usher “any enemies who cross their path straight to Valhalla.”

The Energon Universe has been steadily leading up to the launch of the newG.I.
