Could Deadpool & Wolverine’s Surprise Characters Return To The MCU?

The Movie’s Ending Makes It Possible

Shockingly,Deadpool & Wolverinedid not end with its title characters in the MCU, nor did it destroy the Fox Marvel universe. Based on the movie’s success and the actors' popularity, Reynolds' Deadpool and Jackman’s Wolverine will more than likely come back for one or both of the upcoming Avengers movies, with Deadpool then likely staying in the MCU. Another character is also almost confirmed to be returning.

One ofDeadpool & Wolverine’s surprise characters, Dafne Keen’s X-23, was with Logan and Wade at the end of the movie. As such, the heroes will likely team up when called upon for an Avengers movie appearance. As for the rest ofDeadpool & Wolverine’s surprises, the characters could all return. Deadpool manages to get the TVA to save his friends, taking them out of the Void, as seen by X-23 having dinner with Logan, Wade Wilson, and Wade’s friends.

Deadpool & Wolverine Gives The MCU The Best Possible Answer To Recasting Hugh Jackman

Deadpool & Wolverine introduces to the MCU the perfect answer to who should replace Hugh Jackman as the new Wolverine, and I’m excited about it.

Blade, Gambit, and Elektra could be part of a team that helps the Avengers fight Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom in eitherAvengers: DoomsdayorAvengers: Secret Wars, while Deadpool, Wolverine, and X-23 join the main team. As for the movie’s biggest cameo, Chris Evans could return as Johnny Storm. However, it would have to be a different variant from the multiverse, perhaps revealing the Human Torch who died was not the one from the 2000s Fantastic Four movies, which would be a welcome surprise for fans of the hero after his gruesomeDeadpool & Wolverinedeath.
