How To Get Invisible Woman’s Blood Shield Skin

Grind Through The Ranks Of Competitive

From the very beginning of Season 1, the Blood Shield skin for theInvisible Woman inMarvel Rivalscan only be gained when you reach Gold Rank in Competitive mode. Specifically, you only need to reach Rank Gold 3, the lowest possible Rank from the Gold category. This can only be achieved when you win enough matches to earn points to progress out of the Bronze and Silver Ranks.

There are three subsections for every color Rank in the game. For example, the Bronze Rank has Bronze 3, Bronze 2, and Bronze 1 before going into Silver 3, Silver 2, then Silver 1.

According to the developers ofMarvel Rivals, youhave to at least participate in 10 Competitive matchesto be eligible for the Blood Shield skin. Similar to the golden Moon Knight skin from Season 0, the Invisible Woman skin comes as a result of hard work to grind through the game’s Ranks. Competitive games are usually more intense and take longer to finish than Quick Play rounds.

NetEase has already reversed its decision to add half-season rank resets to Marvel Rivals after fans voiced their displeasure with the new feature.

Youhave until the end of Season 1to get the Blood Shield skin, a fact that has been changed recently as of this time of writing. Originally, the Blood Shield skin was going to be an exclusive reward that disappeared at the halfway point of the Season on February 21st, 2025. Reach An Important Milestone By A Particular Deadline

you may get the Blood Blaze for the Human Torch when the character eventually releases bygetting to Gold Rank by the end of Season 1. Unlike Blood Shield, the Blood Blaze skin will be available only at the end of the Season, rather than something you can earn from the halfway point until the season’s end.

As of this time of writing, the Human Torch character has not been added to the game yet. Both the Human Torch and The Thing are expected to arrive halfway through Season 1, likely on the February 21st date mentioned earlier. The existingFantastic Four members inMarvel Rivalshave proven to be unique characters compared to the rest of the roster, so Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm will likely have their own flair.

Best Strategies For Ranking Up

Play With Friends And Commit To Strong Team Comps

To get either skin for free, you have to grind up through Competitive matches until you hit at least Gold 3. This can be challenging, soalways try to play with a groupfor better communication on your teams. From my personal experience, it’s much easier to go through matches with people you know rather than others who may be less than friendly in online multiplayer.

You can’t enter Ranked Competitive matches with a group of five players, as one will always be left out. Players on different systems also can’t queue Comp matches together, so there is unfortunately no crossplay support for ranked modes.

For those trying to hit Gold before stopping any sort of Competitive grind entirely, here are some quick strategies for winning games fast:

Vanguards are the easiest to rank up with, as Strategists have the stressful job of supporting struggling allies, while Duelist characters can be eliminated by competent enemies quickly if you make a mistake. Vanguards have the highest health pool in the game, making it much easier to contribute to a team with them compared to other archetypes.

Using your ping to display where enemies are, remind others of important objectives, or request healing can be crucial to winning Competitive matches. You have to communicate with your allies to win games, either by fulfilling roles or completing strong team comps.
