Recruited at the beginning of the game when the main story quest brings you to Stella’s Shop. Recruiting Phoenix and Onigiri here allows you to start recruiting animals for Goro Kingdom.
Onigiri - Cat
District Five
Follow the"Kitten in District Five"substory, then beat up the man abusing Onigiri to recruit the cat into Goro Kingdom.
Barkley - Dog
Anaconda Shopping Center
Feed Barkley some animal food after you find them at the north entrance of the Shopping Center. There will be a woman kneeling close to the starving dog, indicating where the animal is located.
Zoomies - Dog
Harbor District
When visiting the Harbor District, talk to some locals and agree to help them catch the dog. Chase Zoomies throughout the northwest section of this area, then choose the"Be gentle"dialogue option with the dog to recruit it.
Coco - Chimpanzee
Hulu Bridge
Go to the Aloha Bridge andnorth of Cream & Berry Streetto find a woman standing in front of a tree with Coco in it. Agree to help get Coco down, then any option you choose will help you recruit the animal.
Allure - Cat
Aloha Street
Dress up as a hostess using the outfit found in the silver container outside Liber Tea. Walk up to the cat in this outfit to recruit it.
The Gourmand - Dog
Riverside Walk
Also called The Starving Dog, you need to feed this animal Wild Caught Sashimi to recruit it. You can get this fish by fishing in the river right next to Riverside Walk where you find the animal.
Alarm Cluck - Chicken
Ayame Street
Go to one of the apartments on Ayame Street where a sleep-deprived man is attacking the chicken. Beat the man up to recruit this animal to Goro Kingdom.
Turtle - Dog
River Street
Defeat two people abusing Turtle when you see the animalnear the Crepes for Me restaurant. This will be easy to spot west of the restaurant, right where River St. and Kaku Ave. meet.
Sanzen - Cow
Sunset Park
Spend $3,000 to buy Sanzen from a local farmer in the main pavilion of Sunset Park.
