Season 2 Will Take Place At Least Four Years After Season 1
WithoutReady, Set, Loveseason 2 being confirmed, it’s unclear exactly which way the show will go. However,the end of season 1 does suggest a general direction. At the end of the six-episode season, the show jumps four years into the future with Day and Son having remained together after the events of the competition and also having a child together. Mrs. Kwan is also revealed to be the mastermind behind the competition and is not exactly pleased about how Day and Son circumvented her rigged rules.
It’s also possible that Day and Son will be moved to more supporting roles as a new couple takes up a prominent spot in Kwan’s games, ones she designed with even more twists and turns.
