The sequel toAstro’s Playroom’smain objective is to rescue 300 bots across various worlds and levels throughout the game. All the standard levels contain seven bots to find, but special hidden levels also have an additional Bot that you will need to find if you wish to save them all.
Hidden levels first appear in Gorilla Nebula, and loads more of them can be found in Serpent Starway, which is the third area you will visit inAstro Bot. These provide lots of challenges to test even hardened platform players. Hidden levels can be unlocked in a variety of ways. However, the majority require you to useyour spaceship to crash into objectswithin the Serpent Starway to then release a new planet containing a hidden level.

How To Unlock The Lost Circle Void Levels
One Of Four Sets Of Voids Levels In Astro Bot
Void Levels are introduced intoAstro Botin The Tentacle System, with The Lost Triangle Void. In Serpent Starway, they carry on with The Lost Circle Void. You may see a pattern emerging here. It works in the exact same way in this area, and the first basic level can be opened upby crashing into the asteroid in the bottom right cornerof the area. It turns into a Red Circle, which is the first Void in the Serpent Starway.
After completing the Lost Circle Level, you unlock a further four Void Levels which you’re able to tackle in any order.

The four new levels are some of the trickiest platforming sections inAstro Bot. You need to complete each ofRolling Rampage, Swinging Sentries, Magnetic Mayhem, and Ropeway Rallyto rescue an additional Bot at the end of each level. Ropeway Rally is much longer than any other hidden level and is one of the hardest levels in the game. However, at the end, you get to rescue one of the manycharacter cameos inAstro Bot, Raiden fromMetal Gear Solid 2.
How To Unlock Retro Rampage 3
Crash Into Items To Unlock Hidden Levels
The third world, and the third Retro Rampage Level. Like the Circle Void, this latest iteration of this level type can once again be unlocked by crashing into an object in the hub area. Astro Bot Review: A Charming Platformer With Surprises, Excitement & Nostalgia
While PlayStation often delivers narrative-focused action games, Astro Bot proves it can still create an exciting & charming platformer as well.
The name gives you a clue about the level, which is made of block squares and enemies styled like those from retro games. It contains six enemies in total, but you need to be aware of the floor giving way beneath you. However, like the other Retro Rampage levels, they are the most straightforward of all the different types of hidden levels inAstro Bot.

How to Unlock Crumble Rumble 3
Using Your Laser Jump To Rescue Another Bot
The Crumble Rumble level type returns in the Serpent Starway and, just like in the other worlds, your laser jump is key. To unlock this level, you again need tosteer into a large asteroid on the right of the map, with the planet to jump into Crumble Rumble 3 appearing at the bottom of the world.
This level provides a harder challenge than its predecessors, which might take a few attempts to work out. On the golden platform there are three large enemies that look like bells in the center. You can’t directly damage them with your laser jump, but you can use it to create a hole all the way around them. Once you have done that, their platform in the middle will drop down and be replaced by a new one containing aPro Evolution SoccerBot that you can rescue.

How To Unlock Rolling Star Luna
Avoid The Spikes By Rolling
Serpent Starway opens up a new variation of Rolling Star Sola from the Gorilla Nebula, but on a harder scale. To unlock the level, you need to head to the top right of the Serpent Starway area where you will find two circles of small asteroids. If you collect them all, a larger one will appear in the middle and once you have crashed into this, a planet withRolling Star Luna will appear in its place.
Like the Gorilla Nebula level, you again jump on an insect’s back, which then becomes a ball that you use to go over various spikes, as well as navigate past objects and enemies. You don’t need to defeat everyone, but just simply make it to the end of the stage. Once you have done that, you need to fire the insect at the Bot that is hanging down from above to rescue it and complete the level. After rescuing 300 bots, you get the chance to findthe final 301st bot.

Serpent Starway has eight hidden levels in total, including the tricky Lost Circle Voids, but all can be easily unlocked by crashing into asteroids and other items inAstro Bot.
