If Harrison Ford’s President Ross really doesn’t have control over his Red Hulk transformation inCaptain America: Brave New World, then he might not be a villain in the full sense of the word. Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk used to be an out-of-control monster back in Phase 1 too, but Bruce Banner soon gained control of his alter ego and turned the Hulk into an Avenger. Instead of neutralizing Red Hulk by sheer force, Captain America may stop Ross by severing the link between Red Hulk and the Leader.
