The trailer begins with Lou insisting there’s a crime problem. Hank pushes back, saying there isn’t. Lou is clearly frustrated, though. She’s not impressed with the people she works with. It’s shown that they are indeed the bumbling sort. She asks for a partner, at least, although she immediately regrets her request when she realizes she’ll be teaming up with her brother.

The siblings react to this, of course, with disgust.
