The Pyro Archon is, allegedly, the Pyro Sovereign of the region, yet players are unsure if the character is Mavuika, which has already been shown. Mavuika was shown as an authority figure within Natlan in the character teaser trailer, though there are rumors that she is actually protecting or hiding the true Pyro Archon, who may have not been revealed among the cast of thenew Natlan characters inGenshin Impact.
Rumors are that the true Pyro Archon or the Pyro Sovereign is concealed within a volcano in Natlan, as indicated by the teaser. In the video, Mavuika talks to someone in dark chambers, which may be either of these alleged characters, as she takes on the mantle of Pyro Archon. There have already been details about thePyro Sovereign’s leaked name inGenshin Impactthat further stir confusion while the truth is not revealed. However, it seems like the Pyro Archon and the Pyro Sovereign are not the same, given the recent leak of the Pyro Archon’s true name.

Genshin Impact 5.0 May Finally Change A Much-Needed Team Comp Feature
An important quality-of-life change to team comps may arrive with Genshin Impact 5.0, according to a brand-new leak about the upcoming patch.
Pyro Archon’s Demonology Name In Genshin Impact Is Leaked
The Characters Is Allegedly Called Haborym (Or Aim)
According to new information provided by the leaker known as Miruko, which was shared in a post onReddit, the Pyro Archon’s true name is Haborym. In demonology, Haborym, also known as Aim or Aym, is one of the Great Dukes of Hell, known for their strength and the predisposition to set places on fire. In fact, Haborym carries a flame around waiting for the opportunity to set things ablaze. This, obviously, coincides with the Pyro Archon’s element, but there may be more to the details about Haborym that reveal what players can expect fromGenshin Impact’s Natlan region.
Pyro Archon’s Leaked Name In Genshin Impact Could Reveal Story Details
Previous Archon Names Have Hinted At Events That Took Place
The fact that Haborym sets places ablaze may not only be a reference to the Pyro Archon’s elemental alignment but also to possible events within Natlan. While a lot of demons’ descriptions are metaphorical, there have been past releases that prove the opposite.Focalor is the true name of the Hydro Archon and, in demonology, the Great Duke of Hell is known for drowning men. The drowning of the people of Fontaine (or having them engulfed by the Primordial Sea) is the main plot line in the Nation of Hydro inGenshin Impact.
This is not to say that the Pyro Archon will have to deal with massive flames in Natlan, specifically, butthe flames that Haborym wields could be a metaphor for the conflicts in the region– after all, Natlan is the Nation of War. These flames could also be a reference to the competitive fires that arise with the tournament that will take place in Natlan, coinciding with the arrival of the Traveler.

The true nature and reason behind the tournament are still unknown.
These leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, as they are still unverified and may be subject to change. However, an Archon’s true name inspired by demonology often sheds some light on what players can expect from their personality or principles, and it seems the Pyro Archon may ignite something starting in Version 5.0. Luckily, players do not have to wait too long to discover, as therelease of Natlan inGenshin Impactis only a few weeks away.
