Summary

Using the shortened name, Saleka,the filmmaker’s daughter, is an R&B singer-songwriter outside of her career in acting. Saleka isn’t new to music or even to creating music for film.The 28-year-old artist has her own original album, titledSeance, which was released on June 09, 2025, and can be found on various music platforms. She’s released several singles since 2020, including tracks that were added toSeanceand some that were used in other forms of media. Her single, “Remain,” was used in the soundtrack for M. Night Shyamalan’s movieOld, a horror thriller that was released in 2021. She’s also opened for actual concerts for artists like Baby Rose, Summer Walker, and Boyz II Men.

She’s also created tracks for the Apple TV+ original seriesServant, a psychological thriller that ran for four seasons between 2019 and 2023. The series is once again produced by M.
