Should Up Get Live-Action Treatment?

Up’s Opening Is Untouchable

It could be interesting to see howUpcould transform itself with real actors and humor in a live-action setting. However, there is an untouchable quality to the originalUp. Its opening montage is one of the most iconic moments in the history of animation, and a live-action adaptation could risk diminishing that heralded segment. Furthermore,Up’s animated medium allows it to maintain a sense of magic and playwithout the crutch of CGI thrown into the real world, which a live-action adaptation would have to do.
