Our Take On Bookie Being Canceled
No Show Is Safe Cancelation
It is disappointing thatBookieseason 3is not happening, especially after the positive reception from critics and general audiences. Max’s decision is intriguing given that Lorre is also at the forefront of developing aBig Bang Theoryspinoff for them, which will be the franchise’s first series that will not be released via CBS. While Max surely wants to maintain a positive relationship with Lorre, this did not automatically mean thatBookiewould be renewed. Despite being one of the most influential individuals in the television industry, even a well-received Chuck Lorre show can be canceled.
