The1000-lb Sistersstar couldn’t walk even a couple of steps, so she had to take a ramp everywhere she went. Also, she was too big to sit in a regular car seat, so she had to be driven around in a van with the back seat ripped out so Tammy could sit on the floor.

Now thatTammy has lost a whopping 500 pounds, she can sit in a regular car seat and even wear a seat belt, meaning she can drive herself around.
